As a senior global executive in the financial services industry, Nancie Dupier is highly regarded for her proven record in building, transforming and leading successful businesses. She has extensive and diverse experience across multiple lines of business and geographies, with expertise in global investment markets, investment banking, emerging markets, private banking and asset management.

Throughout the course of her career, Nancie developed, implemented and executed plans – both strategic and tactical – that required the building of highly skilled and motivated teams of people in the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia.  She has worked and traveled extensively through these regions, while residing in London, Caracas, Madrid, Singapore and New York.

In addition to her experience and knowledge of the global workplace, Nancie brings three key skills to the team at Ivy Link Associates – a deep understanding of business and risk management, the ability to identify, develop, inspire and mentor talent, and a passion and track record for building successful teams.

Nancie has also served as a Board Member of and Advisor to global organizations, not-for-profits, family offices, foundations and local community initiatives.
